Access to the website http://www.domena.cz may be subject to the Operator providing certain personal data of the User within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and possibly other laws, as amended. In such a case, the Operator will handle this data in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
What type of personal data do we collect?
We only collect personal data for the purpose of delivering the ordered shipment or implementing the offered service based on the fulfillment of the concluded contract. To deliver the shipment, we need Name, Surname, Delivery address, Billing address, E-mail and payment details according to the type of payment.
For what purpose do we process personal data?
The processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract formed when sending the order, for the following purposes:
• Informing about the status of the order.
• Delivery of the ordered goods.
• Creation of a personal account
• Handling any complaints.
• Information about product news.
We also need your e-mail address to inform you about discounts and special events, and other interesting news. You must give your informed consent to this extended marketing communication. Consent is given by confirming the e-mail that was sent to you based on the order being sent or by filling out the registration form for these e-mails.
If you do not want to receive this information, you have the option to withdraw your consent at any time. You can find this option in the footer of each e-mail. You can also contact the authorized person at the above e-mail address.
Transfer of personal data
The Operator cooperates with companies that provide it with various services. These companies, if authorized to do so, may handle the User's personal data, and they only use this information in the performance of their duties and may not use it for any other purpose. The Operator does not sell, transfer or disclose personal data to third parties.
 
However, the Operator reserves the right to use or transfer any data that will be necessary to
fulfill legal regulations, protect the integrity of the network, fulfill the User's request or during a
judicial investigation and investigation in the public interest.

Liability and jurisdiction
Any risks arising from the use of these sites by the User are entirely the User's responsibility and the Operator bears no liability for them. Period of processing personal data

We will process personal data for the duration of the contract. We are guided by the formation of a purchase contract, which begins with the delivery of the order or sending consent for marketing communication. This period is 2 years. After this period, we only archive documents required by law.
